Recently completed projects include the Giva Observatory, used by visitors to view the Dead Sea and the Jordan River Valley, childrens's playgrounds and local parks.

The newest project that the American Friends of Mitzpe Yericho have taken on, is Project Nine which is a local archaeological excavation to unearth things that were lost to the Jewish people during exile.
